1. Introduction

Welcome to CareMind. By accessing or using the website and any related services, digital information products, or physical devices (collectively, the “Offerings”) provided by CareMind, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

2.1 Service Offerings

CareMind offers personalized wellness consultations and AI device support sessions delivered online or at locations agreed upon with the user.

2.2 Scheduling and Delivery

Bookings are subject to availability. CareMind will confirm the timing within two business days of request.

2.3 Refund and Rescheduling for Services

Unless otherwise stated, services may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours prior. If you cancel or fail to attend without rescheduling, no refund will be available due to resource allocation and professional scheduling commitments.

3. Information Products

3.1 Access and Delivery

Digital guides, courses, and other information products are delivered electronically after purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to immediate access, all sales of information products are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered.

3.3 Exceptions

If the digital product is defective or fails to deliver correctly, please contact us within seven days for a replacement copy.

4. Device Sales

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Physical devices are shipped within five business days and tracking information will be provided.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

Devices may be returned within thirty days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund via the original method within fourteen days. You may also request a replacement or have the return processed as a credit toward another device.

4.3 No Returns

Certain custom or made-to-order devices are not eligible for return due to their specialized configuration. This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. CareMind accepts major payment methods as indicated on the checkout page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of CareMind Offerings are proprietary and protected by applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareMind’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Offering.
